Who we are:

Hello,
I am Simone Benedetti, the owner of the Italian esports and videogame portal www.outplayed.it. We are working hard to become the best Italian webpage of pro-gaming and we have almost achieved our goal. Our webpage is focused on the four actually most played games: League of Legends, Hearthstone, CSGO and Overwatch but we publish also information and news of other games in order to cover the most important tournaments worldwide, like Dota2 Internationals.
We offer five different content types: news, guide, video-guide, reports and reviews. Each section is managed by highly qualified staff and lots of external partners in order to expand our works. We are working hard everyday to give our followers the widest variety of articles and in addition to our website we also have a youtube channel in which we upload video-guides for every type of gamer.

The webpage is quite new but in just four months we got more visits than all the other important Italian multigaming websites such as nextgaming.it, idominaesport.com, www.element-gaming.eu and teamforge.gg. We are constantly working to increase our fanbase with publicity and productions.

Why us?

 
Our staff is extremely motivated, our goals are really clear and we are working harder and harder everyday in order to become the best. We have a multifunctional webpage that could valorize your brand in many different ways. Esports team pages are often focused only on their team without publishing updated and useful subjects and the so followers are not interested in visiting them regularly, our social pages and webpage are always updated and full of new articles ready to be read by our fans. The quality of our work is reflected on the number of visitors we have monthly and all our followers are real, we got them thanks to the publication of 650 articles in just four months. I’m actually a huge fan of Razer and honestly I think that your peripherals are the best, I have a Razer Naga, two Goliath, two Kraken Headset, a Chroma BlackWidow Mechanical Keyboard and I’m really happy with them, that’s why I’d like our team to use them too. We haven’t asked to other companies because you are my best choice and collaborating with you would be like a dream come true.

What do we have in mind for Razer? 

 
The list below includes some of the works we would make in order to increase our chances of cooperation:
  • we can put your name in our team name to maximize your brand visibility (example: Razer Outplayed),
  • we will add your banner with all your links on our webpages and also some of your products (non-invasive ads), for example:

  • we will review one of your products with all the links needed if someone wants to buy them (every one or two weeks),
  • our staff or a player of the team will make a video review in which one of your products will be unpacked and tested (every two weeks),
  • we will put your logo in the end screen of our videos and in our twitch streaming template, (for example you can check our fresh new video here we could add your logo in the intro and ending screen)
  • we will use your products in the webcam-videos and our players will wear them while streaming,
  • we would like to organize a tournament once a month or every two months, using one or more of your products as prizes and highlighting the name of your brand: Razer Hearthstone Outplayed League #1 or Razer League of Legends Challenge #1,
  • we could eventually put an e-commerce section with some of your best products, maybe with a little discount for our fans or just and amazon affiliate link,
  • Lastly, we are working to put together a FEMALE-ONLY League of Legends team, a squad that could take part at lans, events and youtube or twice showdowns. I think this would be an important form of advertising and a huge boost not only for us, but also for your brand, since there are tons of female players and highlighting them could be very profitable

What we want to create:

2 League of Legends teams (10 players total + 2 coaches)
1 League of Legends female-only team (5 players)
1 Hearthstone team (4 players)

1 CSGO team (5 players)

What we would like to obtain from your Sponsorship: 

We want to have just one main sponsor so as to highlight is as much as possible instead of having lots of sponsors without a real cooperation. We would like to establish a good relationship with you that could be useful and profitable for us as much as for you. I would also be happy to get some advice from your staff to improve our work and to reach as many people as possible in the best way. We would love to have the name of your brand in our team name so that we could be noticed also by some of the most interesting and valuable players of our country, having the name of such an important brand would perfectly fit with the aim of our portal.
We would need a monthly cash to pay the staff that will work 5 hours (or more) per day for at least 4 days a week to be extremely competitive with the major Italian teams as soon as possible. With that money we could also pay all the external writhers who make our page more and more fresh for all our followers. Your products, as written above, would be used as prizes in our tournaments and we could also organize some big giveaways. I have personally paid all the costs of the webpage and also the staff because I truly believe that our work will be the best in our country, I may seem a little bit arrogant but the number of visits are a proof of the quality of our staff. We’ll need the products for the players that will reach the important Italian lan and/or for the best streamers (probabilly not more of 15 guys).
We want to cooperate with you for 12 months, so that we would have the time to build a partnership in the best way possible.
